Mireo is a technology company based in Zagreb, Croatia, founded in 2001 to develop GPS navigation software. Today it works with leading car manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers and is active in automotive, connected insurance, telecommunications and telematics.

Real-data studies, among those Mireo has carried out over the years with connected-vehicle data: from insurance risk modelling to urban mobility analysis.
Mireo also brings significant scientific experience in actuarial risk modelling. In a documented insurance study, its team analysed three months of driving data from vehicles in Italy. By combining driving patterns, road network information and insurance claims, Mireo developed statistical risk models using Poisson generalised linear regression. It is the same expertise we now apply to road network analysis.
