For Authorities & Operators

Know your road network, road by road

The road network measured every day by connected vehicles, complementing existing sensors. It starts with a real case.

Who it's for

For those who plan and manage the road network

Municipalities and metropolitan cities

Mobility plans, traffic plans, restricted traffic zones, urban safety and freight logistics.

Regions and provinces

Wide-area transport planning, the rural road network and investment programming.

Road and motorway operators

Network monitoring, infrastructure safety and maintenance priorities.

Obligations and goals

The deadlines are real, and so is the data to meet them

SUMP

Mobility plans and common indicators

431 European urban nodes must adopt a SUMP and collect common mobility indicators by the end of 2027.

Directive (EU) 2019/1936

Network safety assessment

The safety of the main road network must be assessed at least every 5 years, segment by segment.

Vision Zero

Fewer deaths on the roads

The European goal is to halve deaths and serious injuries by 2030 and move close to zero by 2050.

For every department

An answer for every department

Mobility and traffic

Flows, congestion and journey times by time of day. Effects of restricted zones, one-way systems and roadworks, before and after.

Planning

Origin-destination matrices and indicators to draft and monitor SUMPs and sector plans.

Public works and maintenance

Road surface condition and harsh-braking hotspots, segment by segment, to set maintenance priorities.

Road safety and local police

Segments with excessive speeds and harsh braking: the hotspots, before crashes happen.

How we start

Let's start with one road

An analysis of a segment or area of your choice, to see what the data says.

  1. 1

    Choose the area

A corridor, a district, a critical segment: wherever you need an answer.

  2. 2

    We analyse real data

Flows, speeds, O/D and hotspots for the area, with historical data and comparison by time of day.

  3. 3

    You assess the results

We present the results and possible extensions. You decide whether and how to continue.

  • Privacy by designOnly anonymous, aggregated indicators, in full compliance with the GDPR.
  • No roadside workThe data comes from vehicles already on the road and adds to existing sensor data.

Which road worries you most?

Tell us the area: we prepare the analysis and show you what the data says.
